JobzLab, an Uber Meets Moneyball Platform

 

Why is JobzLab so different in the myriad of Find Jobs/Find Candidates $400 Billion dollar global recruiting market? Let me be bold and describe it
this way…JobzLab is sort of Uber meets Moneyball. When I embarked on the
conceptual idea of JobzLab, I set out to architect and build a platform
that enabled EVERYONE to earn income. I wanted to help people somehow,
some way. When we step out of our Silicon Valley bubble, the reality is
people need help to make ends meet, pay mortgages, afford health care and
simply to survive…around the globe. As we all know now, Uber’s business
model is to enable everyone to earn money by using their own vehicle and
the Uber platform. Be the CEO of your own company. JobzLab’s business
model is similar and desires to enable ALL (returning Veterans, New
Graduates, Baby Boomers who cannot retire, FT and PT Stay at Home Moms,
Silicon Valley Engineers, etc) to refer their social network friends to
engineering|developer openings initially on the JobzLab marketplace and
earn generous bounties ranging from $2,000 to $6,500 called
“Friend-Bounties.” Recruiters can also refer their candidates and earn the
bounties. All who refer their social friends are called
“Referral-Partners.” Most of these referred friends will be passive “Job
Explorers” and not actively looking to make job changes and stay with
companies for the long-term. If you like a job opening on JobzLab and
click Apply yourself and get hired, you will receive the full bounty as
well. We call it a “Self-Bounty.” Also, you can share bounties with 2
other friends in your referral chain.

Where does Uber meet Moneyball? In the book and movie “Moneyball” the
Oakland A’s have a limited budget to attract the best players. The Yankees
and Red Sox recruit all those marque players. How could the A’s compete?
They stepped way outside the box, used analytics and found value in players
that other teams were not paying attention to because it went against
traditional baseball scouting methods. The A’s realized crazy success and
won 20 consecutive games that year in 2002. Something was working. JobzLab
too finds value in hidden traits of technical “Job Explorers” that no one
else sees…in just 10 copyrighted multiple choice questions that takes
approximately 2 minutes to answer. JobzLab has created proprietary hybrid
analytics that will guarantee companies will hire top 10% talent and great
culture fits. In a mere 10 multiple questions, JobzLab’s algorithm captures
the best “Job Explorers” and will guarantee hires up to 1 year. We are
that confident in our science. We apply Human Learning, not Machine
