Kristen Pressner is Global Head of Human Resources for Roche Diagnostics and is based in Basel, Switzerland. She supports nearly 35,000 employees across more than 150 countries worldwide. With nearly 90,000 employees globally, Roche is the world’s largest biotech company and the world leader in in-vitro diagnostics.
